The setup process will include:
1. Select the right campaign settings | Locations, language, bidding type, budget, scheduling, bid strategy, ad extensions
2. Create ad groups | Keyword research, ad group formation, max cost per click
3. Create ads | Write engaging titles & description, minimum of 2 ads per ad group for A/B testing, call-to-action
